专业价值导向下高校奖学金选拔与培养目标契合度优化研究

Abstract：Thispaperfirstanalyzestheproblemsexistinginthedistributionmechanismofscholarshipsin highereducation institutions，andfindsthatthecurrentscholarshipdistributionsystemsignficantlylagsbehindthecurentapplicationiented professionaldevelopmentinuniversitiesneglectingstudents’achievementsandcontributionsintheirprofessonalfelds，lacking directionality，andnotconducivetotheconstructionofahealthyandpositivecampuslearningculture.Inordertoaligthe selectionndevaluationofscholarshipswithtalent trainingobjectivesandtoinspirestudentsenthusiasmfoprofesionalleaing， thispaperproposesascholarshipdistributionschemeguidedbyprofessonalvalues.Thestudyestablishesaquantiativecomparison modelof professonalsubjectperformanceandkeystepsincludequantificationoflanguagevariables，calculationandadjustmentof subjectweights，ndanalysisofteresultsofteimplementationofthescheme.Byhghlightingtheorientationtowardsprossional valuesandemphasizingthealignmentbetweenthescholarshipdistributionmechanismandtrainingobjectives，thestudyis conducivetoimprovingthequalityofeducationinuniversitiesandpromotingthecultivationofstudents‘profesionalabilies.
