Abstract：Under thebackgroundof "theBeltandRoad"，theelectronicinformationindustrycoperation betweenChinaand countriesalongtheBeltandRoadisincreasinglyclose，andthedemandforelectronicinformationgraduatestudentsisalso increasing.Toimprovetheinternationalizationlevelofgraduatestudentsisofgreatsignificancetoimprovethequalityoftalent trainingandmeettheneedsofindustryBasedonthecurrentsituationandexistingproblemsofelectronicinformation postgraduatetraininginShenyangUniversityofhemicalTechnologycombinedwiththeprincipleof"threeintegratiocentering onthepositioningoftheschools"chemicalcharacteristics"，thispaperadoptsthecollborativeeducationmethodof"dualmode" and"multiplemeans"，andtakesinformationintegrationtechnology，intellgentcontroltechnology，operationandresearch technology，artificialinteligenceandinstrumenttechnologyasthemeans.Thispaperexploresthereformandpracticeofthe trainingmodeofinternationaltalents，includingoptimizingthetrainingmode，optimizingthecuriculumsystem，andsetingup theplatformofintermationalscientificresearchexchange，aimingatimprovingtheintemationalizationlevelofthemaster's graduateducationofelectroicinformationspecialtyndcultivatingprofessionalengineeingechicaltalentswithinteatiol competitiveness and strong engineering practice ability.
