Abstract:Inresponsetothedificultiesfacedbylocalcollegesanduniversitiesincultivatingtop-notchinformatiotalents, suchasuncleartrainingposioning，weakinnovationability，andinsuficientteachingresouces，theoverallideaandframework ofthereformofinformationtop-notchtalentcultivationareproposed.Acordingtotheeducationalconceptof industryeducation integration,interdisciplinaryandOBE,thepracticalteachingsystemof"onebodyandtwowings"，thepracticalteachingsystem of"scienceandtechnologyinnovationcompetioncourses"integration，andthediversfedteachingmodereformledby"VIP projects"areexplored.Theinterdisciplinary，rossshol，andcoss-border"threeoss"colaborativeducationmehanismand the"tracking"academicevaluationmechanismofideologicalgrowthtracking，coursequalitytracking，andpracticalinovation trackingareintegratedintothetalentcultivationqualitymonitoringsystem,andpreliminaryresultsareachieved.Andpointedout the direction for further practice and improvement.
