Abstract:Inresponsetothedificultiesfacedbylocalcollegesanduniversitiesincultivatingtop-notchinformatiotalents, suchasuncleartrainingposioning,weakinnovationability,andinsuficientteachingresouces,theoverallideaandframework ofthereformofinformationtop-notchtalentcultivationareproposed.Acordingtotheeducationalconceptof industryeducation integration,interdisciplinaryandOBE,thepracticalteachingsystemof"onebodyandtwowings",thepracticalteachingsystem of"scienceandtechnologyinnovationcompetioncourses"integration,andthediversfedteachingmodereformledby"VIP projects"areexplored.Theinterdisciplinary,rossshol,andcoss-border"threeoss"colaborativeducationmehanismand the"tracking"academicevaluationmechanismofideologicalgrowthtracking,coursequalitytracking,andpracticalinovation trackingareintegratedintothetalentcultivationqualitymonitoringsystem,andpreliminaryresultsareachieved.Andpointedout the direction for further practice and improvement.
