高校青年教师在硕士研究生培养过程中的导生互动机制研究

Abstract:Thispaperinvestigatestheinteractionmechanismsbetwenyounguniversityteachersand master'sstudentsin graduateeducation.Throughacombinationof literaturereviewandcasestudies,thestudyexamines thecurrentstatusand challengesfacedbyyoungteachersintheirinteractionwithgraduatestudentsandproposesseveraloptimizedinteraction mechanisms.ThesemechanismsincludethePre-trainingMechanismforFirst-yearandProspectiveStudents,the"Equal Treatment"GroupMeting Mechanism,theAdaptiveStudent-orientedTraining Mechanism,andtheTeacher-Student Goal CommunityMechanism.Byfaciliatingearlyengagement,promotingequalcommunication,oferingpersonalizedtraining,and aligninggoals,thesemechanismsaimtohelpgraduatestudentsengageinresearchearly,enhanceresearchqualityandfoster cooperationandtrustbetweenfacultyandstudents.Thefindingsfrompracticedemonstratethatthesemechanismsffectively addressthechalengesfacedbyyoungteachersingraduateeducation,improvethequalityofgraduatetraining,andachieve mutually beneficial outcomes for teachers and students.
