高校青年教师在硕士研究生培养过程中的导生互动机制研究

Abstract：Thispaperinvestigatestheinteractionmechanismsbetwenyounguniversityteachersand master'sstudentsin graduateeducation.Throughacombinationof literaturereviewandcasestudies，thestudyexamines thecurrentstatusand challengesfacedbyyoungteachersintheirinteractionwithgraduatestudentsandproposesseveraloptimizedinteraction mechanisms.ThesemechanismsincludethePre-trainingMechanismforFirst-yearandProspectiveStudents，the"Equal Treatment"GroupMeting Mechanism，theAdaptiveStudent-orientedTraining Mechanism，andtheTeacher-Student Goal CommunityMechanism.Byfaciliatingearlyengagement，promotingequalcommunication，oferingpersonalizedtraining，and aligninggoals，thesemechanismsaimtohelpgraduatestudentsengageinresearchearly，enhanceresearchqualityandfoster cooperationandtrustbetweenfacultyandstudents.Thefindingsfrompracticedemonstratethatthesemechanismsffectively addressthechalengesfacedbyyoungteachersingraduateeducation，improvethequalityofgraduatetraining，andachieve mutually beneficial outcomes for teachers and students.
