Abstract：Thenew situationandtasksofthetalenttrainingofenergyandpowerengineringunderthebackground of"doublecarbon"wasanalyzedinthispaper，andthepaperpointedoutthatthetalenttrainingsystemshouldbeconstructed inaccordance withthis，andthenputsforwardtheideas，plansandcontentsofthetalenttrainingsystemconstruction. Cuicumideologicalandpoliticalworkisanimpotantontentintheconstructionoftalenttrainingsystem，speciallforthe studentsmajoringinenergyandpowerengineringunderthebackgroundof"doublecarbon"，whichhasveryimportantpractical significanceTherefore，itispointedouttatthecurrculumideologicalandpoliticalsystemshouldbebuiltinaccordancewith thetalenttrainingsystem.Byimprovingtheoveralllevelofenergyandpowerengineringtalentstrainingunderthebackground of"doublecarbon"，theemploymentskillofstudentsinthefieldofenergyandpowerengineeringandtherealizationofChina's "double carbon" targetcan be promoted.
