Abstract：ThisresearchtakestheinnovationmodeofintegratingresearchandeducationwithinNationalKeyLaboratories， focusingonthecultivationoftopinnovativetalents.Adoptingatheory-practiceintegratedapproach，theresearchconductsanindepthanalysisofcurentchalengesandcoredilemasinresearch-basededucation.Byleveragingtheuniquescientficresources andplatfomadvantagesofNationalKeyLaboratories，theresearchexploresmechanismsfororganicallmergingmajorresearch platformwithundergraduateeduation.Theaimofthestudyistooptimizetalentdevelopmentsystemsforundergraduates， enhancelaboratories‘capacitytosupprtstudentsresearchpracticeandinnovationcapabilities，acceleratethegrowthof outstandingtalents，andactivatetheembedded"Chief-Enginer"educationalculture（asignatureethosforcultivatingleading talents），academicspirit，andideological-piticaleducationelementswithiresearchplatfos.Thesecontributionswillprovide theoreticalandpracticalframeworksforacceleratingthe"DoubleFirst-Class”initiativeandachievinggoalsfornurturingtop inovativtalents，whilesignificantlyadvancingthemodernizationofhighereducationgovemanceanddeepeningtheintegrationof research and education.
