Abstract:Asavitalqualityassurancemechanism,thecoreobjectiveofengineeringeducationcerificationistoensurethat engineeringgraduateshavethenecessary knowledge，skillsandprofessonalsmtomeettheprofessonalneedsof societyand industry.Thispaperdiscusestheinfluenceofengineeingeducationcertificationontheteachingreformofprinciplesofrailway locationanddesign，andputsforwardsomestrategies,suchasstimulatingindependentleaingaccordingtoindividualdierences, cultivatingconstructivenessthroughinterdisciplinarycooperationanddeepeningapplicationtransformationthroughindustryuniversity-researchcoperation,soastocopewiththechalengesofconservativeknowledgesystem,rigidtrainingmodendlack ofideas.Finally，thoughtheconstructionofiovativeteacingmode,processasessmentsystemndthee-dimensioalaluation mechanism,theaimofthestudyistoimprovestudentsabiltytoconecttheorywithpractice,andprovideasolidtheoreticaland practicalfoundationforthemtoadapttofutureengineeringchalenges.Theinnovativeteachingpracticeofthiscoursenotonly laysasolidfoundationforthetrainingofseniortalentsinrailtransit,butalsosetsamodelforthetrainingofotherprofeioals.
