Abstract： Objective：To evaluate the efectof standardized nursing intervention on patients with Henoch-Schonlen purpura nephritis （HSPN）and their families.Methods： A total of 80 children with HSPN admited to Wuxi Children's Hospital from May 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention， and the observation group received standardized nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results： The quality oflife score in the observation group was better than that in the control group （P<0.05） .The duration of symptom remission and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group （P<0.05） . The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05） . The score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The nursing effect of standardized nursing intervention on children with HSPN and their families is remarkable，and it is worth promoting.
