Abstract： Objective： To explore the application value of standardized nursing with three-dimensional quality evaluation model in patients undergoing surgeries for achilles tendon rupture repair.Methods： A total of 60 patients with achiles tendon rupture admited to Qilu Hospital of Shandong Universityfrom June 2022 to June2024 were selected and divided into the control group （receiving treatment from June 2022 to June 2023）and the observation group （receiving treatment from July 2022 toJune 2024）acording to the diference in treatment time，with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，and the observation group received standardized nursing with three-dimensional quality evaluation model.The infuenceof diferent nursing models onpatients undergoing surgeries forachilles tendon rupture repair was comparedand analyzed.Results：The painseverityscoresof the observation group were lower than those of the control group， with significant diference （P<0.05） .12 weeks after operation， the functionalrecovery effectscores ofthe observation group were higherthan thoseofthecontrol group，with significant difference （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The standardized nursing of the patients with achilles tendon rupture repair can reduce postoperative pain and promote functional recovery， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
