Abstract：The operating condition of a BOG compresor，asa key piece of equipment inliquefied natural gassystems， directlyaffects theoverallsystem safetyand efficiency.This paper proposes the constructionofan intellgentoperation and maintenance system，integratingdataacquisition，faultdiagnosis，andstandardized maintenance procedures to enable fullifecycle management of a BOG compressor.The study shows that the system can significantly improve maintenance efciency and fault responsecapability，demonstrating strong applicationvalueand potential for broader implementation.
