思政教育视角下新时代高校组织员队伍的标准化建设路径研究

Abstract：Basedon the perspectiveof ideological and political education，this article focuses on the standardization constructionoforganizer teams incolegesanduniversitiesinthenew era.Itfirstlyelaboratesontheachievements of the current standardization construction of organizer teams in collges and universities in terms of personnel allocation，professional quality level，and working mechanism construction，as wellas the existing problems in aspects such as unclear responsibilities，imperfect training system，lacking assssment and evaluation mechanism， andinsufficient work guaranteeFurthermore，it proposes the standardizationconstruction pathoforganizer teams in collges and universities inthe new era from the perspective of ideologicaland political education，such asclarifying theresponsibility positioning，strengthening professional training，improving assessment and evaluation，and perfecting work guarantees，aiming toenhance theefectiveness of ideological and political education incoleges and universities and promote the high-quality development of organizer teams.
