标准化综合护理在急性左心衰患者急诊护理中的应用价值分析

Abstract： Objective： To explore the application value of standardized comprehensive nursing in emergency nursing of patientswithacute left heartfailure（ALHF）.Methods：Atotalof5Opatients withALHFadmitedtothe Second Affliated Hospitalof Bengbu Medical University from January 2022 to August 2024 were randomlydivided into the control group and the observation group，with 25 cases ineach group.The patients in the two groups received routine nursing and standardizedcomprehensive nursing respectively，and the indexesof treatment time，body function， emotional state，prognosisand satisfaction were compared.Results：The time oftriage assessment，routine examination， emergency stay and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group （P<0.05） After intervention，the body function，psychological state，prognosis and satisfaction scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：The implementation of standardizedcomprehensive nursing in the emergency nursing of ALHF patients is conducive to improving thequality of emergency nursing，and has a positive impact on improving the efciency of treatment，improving the physical and mental state of patients， obtaining a good prognosis and improving the medical experience.
