六安市医疗保障服务标准化现状及思考

Abstract：Tothoroughlyimplementthenationalandprovincialreformsinthemedicalinsurance system，andstrengthen thecapacityof medical insuranceoperations，the Medical InsuranceBureauofLu'anCityhasactively taken initiative andapplied forthenational comprehensive standardizationpilotproject for socialmanagement and publicservices.This article primarilydiscusses the processand achievements of the standardized construction of medical insurance services in Lu'anCity，aimingtoprovidereplicableandreferenceable models forother medicalinsuranceoperationinstitutions.It seeks to align“what the public expect”with“what the government does”，continuously meeting the people's expectations for medical insurance，and enabling insured individuals to truly feel warmth，see changes，and gain benefits.

1.1领导重视，建立标准化工作长效机制

点单位，将标准化建设作为医疗保障事业创新发展的战略任务，成立以六安市医疗保障局主要领导为组长的“标准化试点项目领导小组”，领导组负责试点建设过程中的统筹、决策、资源支持等；领导小六安市医保局作为国家级医疗保障标准化试组下设办公室，负责日常管理工作的协调及推进，并定期向领导组汇报试点建设进度。（剩余3879字）
