氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀标准化治疗脑梗死的疗效及对神经功能的改善效果分析

Abstract： Objective：To explore the eficacyof clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatinstandardized therapy in the treatmentofcerebralinfarctionandtheimprovement effectonnerve function.Methods：Atotalof86patients with cerebral infarction admited to the Second Afiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from August 2023 to December 2024 were divided into the control group and the study group according to the admission order， with 43 cases ineach group.The therapeutic efectiveness，neurological impairment score and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results： The neurological deficit score and adverse reaction rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group，and the treatment effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group，with statistical significance （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatinis effective inthe standardized treatmentofcerebral infarction，whichcanpromotethe recovery of neurological function in patients，and is worthy of clinical promotion.
