标准化急诊护理管理对院感防控效果及医护人员满意度的影响

Abstract： Objective： To explore the efect of standardized emergency nursing management in the prevention and control ofhospital infection and its influence on the jobsatisfaction of medical staff.Methods：A12-month standardized nursing management intervention was implemented in the Emergency Department of the Second People's Hospital of Gansu Province as the experimental group，and another hospitalof the same level without intervention was selectedas thecontrolgroup.Theincidence dataofhospitalinfectioninthe two groups wereobtained through hospital information system，and thesatisfaction data of medical staff were collcted through questionnairesurvey.Results： The incidence of bacterial pneumonia in the experimental group decreased from 7.8% to 4.3% . Catheter-related bloodstream infection rate decreased from 5.6% to 2.9% .The compliance rate of hand hygiene in the experimental group was significantly increased （P<0.05） .At the same time，the overall job satisfaction score of the medical staff in the experimental group increased from the average 6.5 points to 8.2 points. Conclusion： Standardized emergency nursing managementcansignificantly improve the effectofhospital infection preventionandcontrol，and greatly improve the job satisfaction of medical staff.
