Abstract： The evaluation criteria of grade hospitals is aseries ofevaluationcriteria setup to improve the management level of hospitals and the quality of medical services，so there is a close relationship with the management mode of public hospitals.The main guiding principles and quantitative indicators play an important role in promoting the construction of healthy China and innovating the hospital management mode.The important theory of“firmly grasping the primary task of high-quality development and developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions”has not only become an important guide for hospital management standardization，but also expands the vision paternof hospital development.Based on the connotation logic offully exploring the new quality productive forces leading the development of hospitals，this paper deeply analyzes the chalenges faced by the construction of hospital management system in the new era acording to the mandatory requirements of national standards for public hospitals，and explores high-qualitydevelopment strategies for hospitals，soas to providecoresupport forhospitals to build consensus and achieve high-quality development.
