Abstract： This paper aims to analyze the application practice of standardized business department management dataledger inthe gradeA tertiaryre-accreditationof Yuebei People's Hospital，and explore ways to improve the re-accreditation. Through the construction ofstandardized businessdepartment management data ledger， Yuebei People's Hospital has comprehensively improved the section level medical quality management system.Through the participationof allstaffinthe whole processofqualitymanagement，it has effectively promotedtherefinement， standardization and routine of quality management of business departments，reduced management costs，and effectively improved the medical qualitymanagement levelofthe hospital.The management method has benapplied inthere-accreditationofYuebeiPeople'sHospital，andtheoriginaltotalscoreofthe internalaudit has increased by 17% with good results， so that the hospital passed the re-accreditation smoothly.
