标准化输卵管吻合术程序对输卵管阻塞再通率及妊娠结局的影响

Abstract： Objective： To evaluate the effect of standardized tubal anastomosis procedures in improving the recanalizationrateand pregnancyoutcomes.Methods：150 femalepatients withahistoryoffalopian tubeobstruction who wanted to restore the ability of natural conception admited to the First People's Hospital of Wudu District， Longnan City， Gansu Province were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received standardized fallopian tube anastomosis procedures，and the control group received traditional surgery method.The effect of standardized surgical procedures was evaluated by comparing the tubal recanalization rate and pregnancy rate of the two groups. Results： The rate of tubal recanalization and the rate of naturalpregnancy intheexperimental groupwere signifcantlyhigher thanthose inthecontrol group.Thelivebirth rateof women intheexperimental groupwhoachievedanaturalpregnancywas significantlyhigher than thatin the control group. The differences were statistically significant （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The standardized tubal anastomosis procedures cansignificantlyimprove therateof tubal recanalizationandtherateofnatural pregnancy，and itis worth popularizing.
