Abstract： Objective： To explore the effect of standardized health education in CDC on the incidence and nursing effectofhand，footandmouthdisease（HFMD）.Methods：100childreninXuyiCountyCenterforDiseaseControland Prevention from March 2024 to February 2025 were divided into the experimental group and the conventional group with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.The experimental group implemented CDC standardized health education，thatis，centralized preaching，family visits，demonstration teachingand healthmanualdistribution， while the routine group implemented community routine health education.The incidence of HFMD and the score of health knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results： After intervention，the health knowledge score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group （P<0.05） ；The incidence of HFMD in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Strengthening standardized health education in CDCcan effectively reduce the incidence of HFMD in children and improve the mastery of health knowledge，which is of popularization significance.
