产教融合视域下标准化工程微专业人才培养的探索

Abstract:Driven bythe strategic objectivesofthe National Standardization Development Outline,this paper addresses issues in standardization talent cultivation,such as weak industry-education linkage,incomplete curiculumsystems, and lagging practical skill training. Based on the micro-major program in standardization engineering at Nanning University, this paper proposes a three-dimensional reform approach: building of the collaborative mechanism among government,academia,industry,and enterprises—competency-oriented curriculum design—integration of competitions,research,and certification in teaching innovation. Grounded in theconcept of industry-education integration,it develops a modularcuriculumsystem of“knowing standards,understandingquality,and exceling in practice”,alongsideaninnovative teachingmodel featuring“interdisciplinaryproject-drivenlearninganddual-mentor guidance". It provides a theoretical framework and implementation pathway for micro-major standardization talent cultivation,aiming to allviate regional shortages of standardization professionals and deepen the coupling between highereducationand industrial needs.
