Abstract：Withthecontinuous deepening of China’s economic transformationand upgrading and industrial structure adjustment，higher vocational education has played an increasingly important role in the national strategic layout. Especially in building amodern vocational education system，serving regional economic development and promoting social employment，itplaysanireplaceablerole.Againstthis backdrop，innovationandentrepreneurshipeducation has gradually shifted from the previous single skilltraining to a diversified integration of comprehensive quality improvement.Therefore，based on the currnt practical needs of the integrated development of ideological and politicaleducationand innovationand entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges，this paper proposes to constructateaching standardssystem that is inline with the actual situationof higher vocational colleges and can take into account both the ideological and political education and the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities，and further clarifes its implementation paths inaspects such ascuriculum seting，teaching organization， and evaluation mechanism，so as tocultivate students’innovative thinking， entrepreneurial spirit and sense of social responsibility.
