罗哌卡因配合地塞米松对单次肌间沟神经阻滞患者的麻醉效果分析

Abstract：Objective：Toanalyze theanesthetic effectofropivacainecombined with dexamethasone inpatients with single intermuscular groove nerve block.Methods： A total of 80 patients with distal radius fracture who received a single intermuscular furow nerve block in Nanjing Jiangbei Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into the control group andthe observation group，with 40 patients in each group. The control group received 0.5% ropivacaine hydrochloride 20mL ）toimplement intermuscular groove nerve block， and the observation group received 0.5% ropivacaine hydrochloride 25mL and 10mg dexamethasone to implement intermuscular groove nerve block.The anesthetic efect of the two groups was compared. Results： VAS scores at 1，6， 12 and24 hours afteroperation，rateofaditionalanalgesics，durationofanesthesiaandincidence of adversereactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：Ropivacaine combined with dexamethasone is a standard scheme for patients with distal radius fracture under single intermuscular groove nerve block with significant anesthetic effect.
