Abstract： Standardization isanimportanttechnical means to promoteinstitutionalinovationandqualityimprovement. Optimizing government services andenhancing administrative efficiencyare inevitable requirements for improving the business environment and building a unified national market.Taking Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example，this article introduces the inovative measures and achievements of Dongying City's standardization constructionof government services，and demonstrates howstandards improvement leads to enhanced quality and efficiency of government services.
