吞咽障碍标准化护理流程对改善急性脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的效果分析

Abstract： Objective：To study the efectof standardized nursing procedures for patients with dysphagia after acute stroke.Methods： A total of 80 patients with dysphagia with acute stroke admited to Nanjing First Hospital from October 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into two groups according to random number table method. 40 patients with routine nursing procedures were enrolled in the control group， and 40 patients with standardized nursing procedures with dysphagia were enrolled in the observation group.The efectof diffrent nursing methods on swallowing function，qualityof life，and psychologicalstateof patients were compared. Results： After nursing，compared with the control group，the swallowing function of the observation group recovered better，the quality of life score was higher，and the psychological state was better， P<0.05 .Conclusion： The implementationofstandardized nursing for swallowing disorder in patients with acute stroke cansignificantly promote therecoveryof swalowing function，improve the psychological state and qualityof lifeof patients，andhas signifcant clinical application value.
