Abstract： Objective： To investigate the clinical efcacy and safety of standardized acupuncture combined with maage inthe treatmentofpatients withcervicalspondylosis.Methods：Atotalof84 patients diagnosed with cervical spondylosis in Yuncheng ColegeAfiliated Hospital from January 2022 to January2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine acupuncture and massage，and the observation group received standardized acupuncture and massge therapy on the basis of this.Theclinical symptoms，pain degree，cervical spine function and qualityof life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results： The clinicalsymptoms，pain degree，cervical function and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P<0.05） ）.Conclusion： The treatment of cervical spondylosis based on standardized acupuncture and massage therapy can significantly improvethe symptoms of patients with cervical spine，reduce the degree of pain，and improve cervical spine function and quality of life，which isworthy ofclinical application.
