脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能恢复中标准化康复护理模式的应用

Abstract： Objective： To investigate the effect ofstandardized rehabilitation nursing modein the recoveryof limb motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods： Fifty-eight patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to the Second Afiliated Hospitalof Bengbu Medical University from April 2023 to April2024 were selected and divided into thecontrol groupand the observation group byrandom number table method，with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing，and theobservation group was given standardized rehabilitation nursing.The upper and lower limb motor function，qualityof life and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups. Results： After intervention， the motor function scores of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05） .Thequality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05） .Thenursing compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The implementation of standardized rehabilitation nursing mode for stroke patients with hemiplegia can help restore the motor functionof limbs，improve the motor function of upper and lower limbs，and improve the life of patients，which should be strengthened clinically.
