Abstract：Theconstructionofastandards system for intelectual property（IP）publicservices isof great significance tothe developmentof the national IP strategyand serves asacrucial support for high-quality economic and social development.Inrecent years，Gansu province has achieved certain results in IP public services，but there are stil challenges，such as an incomplete service system， insufficient service resources，and lower level of informatization and intelligence.By constructinga clear and reasonable standards system for IP public services，this paper aims to continuously improve the efficiencyof IP public services in Gansu province and provide strong support for the highquality development of IP public services in Gansu province.
