标准化康复护理联合正强化护理在颈椎病患者康复中的应用

Abstract： Objective：To explore the application effectof standardizedrehabilitationnursing and positivereinforcement nursing inthe rehabilitation ofcervical spondylosis patients.Methods：Eighty patients with cervical spondylosis who were admited to Qilu Hospitalof Shandong University between March 2024 and March 2025 were selected.According to the principle of randomization，the control group andthe observation group were established，with 4O patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention， while the observation group received standardized rehabilitation nursing and positive reinforcement nursing simultaneously.Theself-efficacy，pain and functional recovery effects，and qualityof life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results： After intervention， the C-SUPPH scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P<0.05） After intervention，the VAS and NDI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group， while theJOA and ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group，with significant differences （P<0.05） ; After intervention，the QOL-74 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： In the rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylosis，implementing standardized rehabilitation nursingand positivereinforcement nursing can enhance theirself-eficacy，reduce pain， promote the recovery of cervical function and daily living activities，and improve their quality of life.
