体教融合视域下青少年体育培训进校园的标准化机制的实施

Abstract： Under the background of educational reformand the development of sports，the integration of sports and education has become an important strategic direction，and the modelof bringing youth sports training into schools hasattracted muchatention.This paperanalyzes thevalueofthis modelforthegrowthofteenagers，schoolsportsand the development of the sports industry.It proposes thatthe construction ofa standardized mechanismshould folow the principles of sientificity，systematicnessfeasibilityand dynamics，as wellas summarize the content framework covering access，teaching，and safety standards.Finally，it provides implementation strategies from aspects such as policy guidance， teacher construction and resource integration.
