完善高质量气象标准化建设体系的对策与研究

Abstract：To improve thehigh-quality meteorological standardizationconstruction system，this paper comprehensively sorts outthe current meteorological standardization management processes in Xing'anLeague.Using scientific analysis methods and tools，it accurately identifies the existing pain points in various links such as standards development， implementation，andsupervision.Itclarifies the managementdirectionof“demand-oriented，technology-led，and dynamicallyoptimized”from five aspects，local adaptation，infrastructure，gra-roots execution，cross-departmental collaboration，and long-term guarantee，combined with the regional characteristics of Xing'an League and the characteristics ofmeteorological work.Itaims to explorea setof meteorological standards management models suitable for Xing'anLeague，providereplicableand promotablesuccesfulexamples forthe whole region，and promote theoverall improvement of the meteorological standardization construction level in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
