探讨消毒供应中心标准化质量控制对控制医院感染发生率的作用

Abstract： Objective： Toanalyze the clinical effects of standardized qualitycontrol in disinfection supply centerson nosocomial infectioncontrol.Methods：6O0 medical devicesreceived intheDisinfection SupplyCenterof Zhongda Hospital Afliated to SoutheastUniversity from June2023 to June 2O24 were randomly divided into thecontrol group andthe observation group （300 medical devices in each group）.Routine management was implemented in the control group，and standardizedquality control management was implemented in the observationgroup to compare the effect on nosocomial infectioncontrol.Results：Thescores of disassembly management，cleaning management，disinfection management， packaging management and environmental management in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P<0.05） . The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was significantlylowerthan thatin the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：In theinstrumentmanagement ofdisinfection supply center，standardized quality control can notonly improve the overallinstrument management quality，improve the cleaningand disinfection efect，but also havea very important significance for the prevention and controlof nosocomial infection.
