Sin-QuEChERS结合GC-MS/MS测定茄子中20种农药残留

Abstract: Aquantitative analysis method for 20 high-risk pesticides ineggplants is established.Acetonitrile is used as the extraction solvent,and detection is carried out by the Sin-QuEChERS purification method combined with GC-MS/ MS.Dataiscollected in multiple reaction monitoringmode,andquantitative analysis is performed by matrix-matched standardcurves andthe internal standard method.Experimentalresults show that the 20 pesticides have good linearity (2号 (r>0.9985) at 10~500ng⋅mL-1 . LODs are 0.001~0.004mg⋅kg-1 ,and LOQsare 0.003~0.01mg⋅kg-1 . In spiked samples at 0.01, 0.05,and 0.10mg.kg-1 , average recoveries are 72.58%-108.14% ,with RSDs of 1.97%~8.19% ,indicating good precisionand accuracy.This simple and efcient method suits real-world detection of high-risk pesticide residues in eggplants.
