基于分光光度法土壤中氮磷含量的标准化检测方法及精度提升研究

Abstract: The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in soil are important indicators for evaluating soil fertility, and their precise detection is of great significance for agricultural production. Based on spectrophotometry, this study develops a rapid and accurate standardized detection method for nitrogen and phosphorus contents in soil. By optimizing sample pretreatment,chromogenic reagent formulation and instrument calibration,the detection accuracy has beensignificantly improved.The experimental results show that the detection linear ranges of total nitrogen and available phosphorusin soil bythismethod are 0.01~2.0mg/L and 0.005~0.5mg/L respectively,and the detection limits are 0.003mg/L and 0.001mg/L respectively. The Relative Standard Deviation (RSD) is less than 2.5% .Compared with traditional methods,the new method has significantly improved in terms of both sensitivityand stability, which is suitable for the analysis of a large number of soil samples.
