标准化护理流程对老年缺血性脑卒中患者的影响

Abstract：Objective：To studythe effectof standardized nursing proceduresonelderly patients with ischemic stroke. Methods： 154 elderly patients with ischemic stroke admited to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from February 2022 to May 2O23 were randomlydivided into the control groupandthe experimental group，with77 cases in each group.The control group performed routine nursing procedures，and the experimental group performed standardized nursing procedures.The efcacy of the nursing procedures in the two groups was compared. Results： After nursing，the incidence rate ofdeepvein thrombosis，nerve function score and blood pressure index of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group （P<0.05） ，and the consciousness level score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group，with statistical significance （P<0.05） .Conclusion：The implementation of standardized nursing procedures for elderly patients with ischemic stroke can significantly reduce the risk of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis，improve the neurological function andconsciousnesslevel ofpatients，andreduce the blood pressure index of patients，which hasa positive impacton theclinical nursing ofelderly patients with ischemic stroke.
