基于GCS评分的标准化护理对重症颅脑损伤手术患者的影响

Abstract：Objective：To analyze the effect of standardized nursing based on GCS score of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods： 68 patients with severe craniocranial injury admited to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from June 202 to May 2024 were randomlydivided into thecontrol groupand the observation group，with 34 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing methods，and the observation group received standardized nursing intervention based on GCS score，and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results： Before intervention，there was no significant diference between the two groups.After intervention，DRS score，NIHSS scoreand complicationratein theobservation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，while GCSscore andqualityoflife intheobservation group were significantlyhigherthan those in thecontrol group，with significant differences （P<0.05） .Conclusion： Standardized nursing intervention based on GCS score has beter effecton patients with severe craniocerebral injury，which can notonly help toreducecomplications，butalso further improve the quality of life of patients，and has high application value.
