【Abstract】At present,the intellgent development of key systems such as vehicle control, battery management and autonomous driving puts forward high requirements for thedepthof knowledgeand cross-border abilityofengineering talents.Itis dificultfor traditionalautomotiveengineering education to match therapid iterative technical needs in curiculum setingand training mode,whichleads to thegapbetween talentsupplyand industrialupgrading.Therefore, thispaperdiscuses thetalent trainingsystemfornewenergyvehicleengineering majordrivenbyartificialintellgencein order to establish atalenttraining mode that meets the needs of industrialintellgence transformation,and provide talent support for the sustainable development of the new energy vehicle industry.
