【Abstract】This paper presents an on-board charging system with direct power control using the SR5E1 MCU, includinga 22kW OBCanda 3kW DC/DC.The system is designed forthe highest 80oV high-voltage batery platform andachieves high integrationof theon-board charging system byadopting the third-generation power semiconductor SiC MOSFETand electromagnetic isolation gate driver.The SR5E1 isused toimplement the thre-phase PFC and CLLC in the high-frequencycontrollopandthepeak currentcontrolld phase-shiftedfullbridge DC/DC.Experimentalresultsshow that the OBC efficiency reaches 96.5% ,the CLLC resonant converter maintains soft-switching characteristics over a wide output voltagerange (450~85OV),andtheload transientresponse bandwidthof theDC/DC module is increased to 6.5kHz.
