【Abstract】Withthe continuous growth of the number of motor vehicles in cities，road traffc safety issues have become increasinglyprominent.The Internetof Vehiclestechnology，byintegrating mobilecommunication，intelligent perception and data analysis capabilities，provides a brand-new solution for the proactive prevention of traffc accidents. This article mainly focuseson theroleof mobilecommunication technology in the Internet of Vehiclesenvironment， analyzes its keyvalues inhazard early warning，emergencyresponse andrisk prediction，and elaborates onthepotential forimprovementof new technologies suchas 6G communication andartificial intellgene，aiming to providereferences for enhancing road safety and traffic efficiency.
