【Abstract】As the core control unit for vehicle operation,the electronic control system of new energy vehicles (NEVs)directly impacts vehicle safetyand reliability.The NEV integrates multiple subsystems,including battery management,motor control,and energy management,resulting in a complex structure and diverse fault types.The development offault diagnosis technology iscrucial for ensuring thesafeoperationof NEVs.Byanalyzing the structure and operating principles of the NEV,this paper investigates diagnostic techniques such as fault code diagnosis,data analysis,and pattern recognition.The effectiveness ofthese diagnostic methods is verified through practical case studies,providing technical support for fault diagnosis of NEV NEV electronic control systems.
