【Abstract】The rapid development of the new energy vehicle market has made battery safety issues increasingly prominent，among which thermal runawayis the main causeof batterysafetyaccdents.This study explores theinfluence of batery design flaws and external environmentalconditions on thermalrunaway，proposes fire preventionmeasures，and provides support for the safety of battery design and use.
