【Abstract】From the perspective of bolt tightening processin the automotive final asembly process，this article elaborates onthe basic principles ofbolt tightening，and providesadetailed introduction to mainstream control methods such as torque controlmethod，torque anglecontrolmethod，and yieldpoint method.Finally，research is carriedouton controloptimization issues，covering torque control，torque factor，frictionfactor，and stick-slipfactor.Effectivebolt tightening control strategies are proposed to provide technical references for optimizing automotive production processes.
