【Abstract】This paper aims at the problem of insufficient adaptabilityof braking energy recovery and distribution in newenergyvehiclesundervariable working conditions.Combined withthe structureandcontrolcharacteristicsof the EMB system,anenergy-saving oriented energy recoveryand distribution mode is proposed.This mode realizes the realtime dynamicoptimization calculationof theregenerative braking ratio byconstructing a five-layer control architecture of sampling perception,precise state estimation,dynamic torque prediction,recovery strategyalocation and safety redundancyswitching.Through comparativetestsunder multiple working conditions,thecontrol efect was systematically evaluated,fullyverifying theengineering application value ofthis mode in improving energyutilization eficiencyand ensuring vehicle handling stability.
