【Abstract】Aluminum processing cold rolling is a process of making thinner plates from aluminum strips through the rolling process atroom temperature，which iswidelyused in modern industry.Inrecentyears，inorder toreduce fuel consumptionand emisions，automakers havecontinued topromote the lightweightof thebody，andaluminum alloyhas become an important material choice toreduce the weight of the body.In the manufacture of aluminum aly bodystructures，coldrolling technologycan effctively improve thestrength，dimensional accuracy，and surface finish of aluminum sheets while controlling production costs.Therefore，this paper willexplore the specific application of aluminumprocessing coldrollng technologyinautomotivebodystructural parts，inordertobetterunderstand howthis technology serves the goal of automotive lightweight and promotes its rational application in production.
