【Abstract】Thisarticle conducts asystematic studyonthe fault diagnosis and repair technologyof vehicle-mounted microelectronic control units,and focuses on the practical operation needs of automotive repair personnel to construct a standardized technical system.First,startfrom the standardizedoperationprocess ofhardware detection tools,and clarify the parameter measurementstandards fordevices such as multimetersandosciloscopes; Then,deeplyanalyze the encoding rulesof the second-generation faultcodesof thevehicle-mounted diagnostic systemandtheanalysismethodsof data flowfluctuation characteristics; Basedon this,innovative hierarchical repair paths fortypical faultssuch as powersuply systems and communication networksare designed.An intelligent repair technology iteration plan including theapplication of dedicated programming equipmentanddata backup strategies is proposed.Combined withthe classifiedarchiving and empirical analysisofthe maintenancecase library,through multi-dimensional technicaloptimization,the maintenance effciency and success rate of ECU can be effectively improved,and the rework rate can be reduced.
