【Abstract】The automotive industry is currentlyat a critical stage of in-depth transformation towards intellgence andconnectivity.Asanew generationof automobiles，intelligentconnected vehicles integrate advancedon-boardsensing， control and execution devices，and combine modern communication and network technologies.The core is to achieve intellgent information exchange and sharing among vehicles，roads，peopleand cloud platforms，ultimately enhancing traficsafety，ridecomfortandachieving energy-efficientand eficientoperation.Thearticlemainlyexplores the cultivation pathofAIcompoundtalents intheintellgentconnectedvehicleindustry，providingareferenceforbuildinga future talent system.
