【Abstract】This paper investigates the corelation mechanism between paper cone pressing process parameters and acoustic response for automotive subwoofers.Byanalyzing the influence of pressing pressure,forming temperature, and pulpconcentration on acoustic characteristics,a processoptimization strategy was established.The research controls pressing pressure within1.4~1.6MPa, forming temperature at 105~115∘C ,and pulp concentration at 4.8 % ~5.5%.Verification results demonstrate that the optimized process reduces resonance frequency by 23.5% ,improves quality factor to 0.63, and enhances frequency response flatness by 50% ,exhibiting excellent stability under automotive environments. The research provides technical support for improving acoustic performance of automotive audio systems.
