【Abstract】This paper studies the electronic system faults (such as occasional staling during idling and creep)of a certainvehicle modelcausedbymotorinrushcurrent inthefeedmode.Throughsystematicinvestigationand experimental verification,itisfoundthattherootcauseofthefaultliesintheinsuficientoutputcapacityofthemotorinthefeedmode, combined with the instantaneous high curent demand of electrical appliances such as vacuum pumps and fans, which leads toa drop inthe supplyvoltage.It also causessignal interference to the wheel speed sensor.An improved scheme of upgrading the generator power to over 14OA andoptimizing the anti-interference design of the sensor is proposed. Experiments showthat the improved schemecan efectivelyreduce thefault recurrencerate and provideareference for suppressingtheinrushcurrentof the motorinthefeed modeand improving thereliabilityof thevehicle electronic system.
