【Abstract】 Based on the complex energy consumption structure in automobile manufacturing, the energy-saving control path of mechanical automation technology in welding,assembly,handling andexecutionunit is studied,the energy consumption characteristics andoptimization strategies of key processnodes are expounded,and the sensing scheduling and power state management mechanism in the control system are introduced.Combined with the transformation case of a vocationalcollege training platform,anenergy-saving integrated system with teachingand evaluation functions is constructed.Theresults showthathierarchical controland modular managementcan efectivelysupport therealizationof manufacturing energy-saving goals.
