【Abstract】This article aims to explore the intrinsic relationship between the sealing performance and sound insulation efectofnew energyvehicle Windows,providing theoreticalsupportand practical guidance fortheiteration of window technology,and thereby enhancing driving and ridingquietnessand promoting green travel.Theresearch begins with the definition of sealing performance,combines material propertiesand structural design principles,and systematically analyzes its influence mechanismon the airtightness of the vehicle inside.Secondly,sortout the core evaluation indicatorsof sound insulation performance.Based ontheacousticcharacteristicsof materialsand structural optimization methods,propose targeted paths to improve sound insulation effects,and focus on studying thecoupling and correlationrulesof the two.Finally,the weakening efectofsealfailureonsound insulationperformanceandtheacoustic gaineffctbroughtbysealoptimizationarerevealed,andthe synergisticotimizationstrategyofsealandsound insulation is refined.Thisresearch provides keysupportfortheinovative developmentofcar windowtechnologyand hassignificant practical significance for improving the driving and riding experience and promoting green travel.
