【Abstract】 In the automotive technology event of the 17th Shandong Province Vocational College Skills Competition （Higher Vocational Students Group），the competition vehicle wasthe 2019 BYD Qin EV.Focusing onthe fault setingsoflow-voltagepower-onandhigh-voltage power-on，this paperfirstintroduces the working principlesoflowvoltage power-onand high-voltage power-on.It thenelaborates onthe specific processesandmethodologies fordiagnosing and troubleshooting these issues，providing a reference for other teachers，students，and maintenance personnel.
